Unique Marketing Concepts only delivers in Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean and to North America.

• Deliveries within Trinidad and Tobago are handled by TTPost Courier Service or Local Registered Mail, and the transit time is approximately 1 to 2 days.


• Deliveries to other Caribbean islands are handled by TTPost Express Mail Service, and transit time is 1 to 4 days.


• Deliveries to North America has a transit time of 3 to 6 days and is handled by TTPost Express Mail Service.


• The shipping rate will be added during checkout and the rates to different destinations are as follows:
  

  US$4.00 to Trinidad and Tobago

  US$15.00 to Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Monserrat, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Suriname, United States, and Venezuela.

  US$20.00 to Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Grand Cayman, Haiti, and Jamaica.



• Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed.


• You will be contacted via email when your order has been shipped.


• Please note that we do not ship to PO Bags or Boxes.

Returns

All products under warranty will be honoured by Unique Marketing Concepts.

• We will replace the product, at our option, free of charge.


• The purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping the product to Unique Marketing Concepts or its representative, and all other freight associated with the return.


• Unique Marketing Concepts will bear the cost of shipping the replacement to the purchaser.


• Products should be returned in its original packaging accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.


• To initiate a return, please do contact us giving a description of the concern or problem and return instruction will be forwarded.
